We patent this blow molding machine, single die head with 10 bottles or double die heads with 20 bottles. this is special designed for tiny small tubes or bottles. normal machine in this case, single head machine can only produce single bottle a time. now we doubled it in 10 times. single die head, double die head, third die head or even four die head are available on this blow molding machine. this machine is perfect for small bottle less than 20ml. for example, if your bottle 20ml on this single die head machine, the production capacity is up to 8000 BPH. if you bottle 20ml on this double head machine, the production capacity is up to 16000 BPH.
The blow mold on this machine is also special designed. on the mold, each bottle closely adjacent. see the picture, the blow mold is made by Beryllium copper material.
